Getting back after the event
No public transit runs from the stadium after a night event: Arlington On-Demand ends at 9 pm and does not run on Sundays. After a game or concert the options are rideshare from Lot 15, a taxi from the stand at the west end of Miller Lite House, a hotel's event trolley if you booked one, or walking to an Entertainment District hotel.

Getting there
Public transit
No rail or fixed-route bus serves the stadium: Arlington's last fixed bus route (MAX) ended in 2017. The city's public transit is Arlington On-Demand, a shared-ride van service booked by app or phone, which runs only until 9 pm and not on Sundays.
- Arlington On-Demand: book in the Arlington Transportation app or by phone (817-784-7382). Hours: Monday-Friday 6 am-9 pm, Saturday 9 am-9 pm, no Sunday service. It covers all of Arlington and the TRE CentrePort station.
- Rideshare and Arlington On-Demand drop off at Lot 15, just west of the stadium on Randol Mill Road.
- The Arlington Trolley's free regular route does not serve the stadium on event days; participating hotels offer a separate, fare-based trolley for AT&T Stadium events.
- The match-day shuttle from the TRE CentrePort/DFW Airport station was for World Cup 2026 matches only; no equivalent shuttle is published for Cowboys games or concerts.

Driving and parking
About 12,000 spaces in 15 numbered stadium lots, plus lettered lots around the Rangers' ballpark. Buy the parking pass before you arrive; all parking transactions are cashless. Lots generally open five hours before Cowboys games.
- Tailgating only in designated spaces on the grass at the lot perimeters, in Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15, first come, first served. Every vehicle needs a valid parking pass.
- No tailgating in Lot 3, Lot 8, Lot 9 or parts of Lot 5.
- Tailgating is allowed from the time lots open until 2 hours after Cowboys and college football games.
- Buses park in part of Lot 15 and RVs in Silver Lot 14, each with its own pass. Cars parked on neighborhood streets in the signed No Parking Zones around the stadium are towed.

Rideshare (Uber, Lyft)
Uber, Lyft and Arlington On-Demand use Lot 15, off Randol Mill Road and Web Street, just west of the stadium.
- Arlington Police issue citations on game days to drivers who pick up or drop off outside the designated zone, and post extra officers at the Lot 15 pickup.
- Demand surges right after the event; expect a wait. Rides requested from other spots may not reach you because of post-event lane closures.
- Taxis are staged at the far west end of Miller Lite House, off North Collins Street and Cowboys Way.

Bag policy
Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote no larger than 12" x 6" x 12", or a clear one-gallon resealable bag, plus a small clutch up to 4.5" x 6.5".
- The clutch can be carried separately or inside an approved clear bag.
- Not allowed: backpacks, cinch bags, fanny packs, camera and computer bags, binocular cases, coolers, luggage, seat cushions, and any purse larger than the clutch.
- Medically necessary items are allowed after inspection at a designated gate.
- Non-compliant bags can be checked for a fee with The Mobile Locker Company; for Cowboys games the storage is in Silver Lot 5 and Blue Lot 9.
