Carolina Panthers — Charlotte, NC
A multi-year renovation is under way. It is phased so the stadium keeps hosting Panthers and Charlotte FC games; interior work is happening in 2026 and work on fan-facing areas starts in 2027. [source]

Getting back after the event
After a night game or concert, walk to Brooklyn Village Station and take the LYNX Blue Line, which runs on its regular schedule about every 30 minutes late at night. The last trains leave Brooklyn Village around 1:25 am on Saturdays and Sundays and around 1:27 am (toward UNC Charlotte) and 1:30 am (toward I-485) on weeknights. We found no CATS notice of extra post-event trains for 2026. The Gold Line streetcar stops by about 11:30 pm (about 10:30 pm on Sundays). For Uptown hotels you can walk, and there are two rideshare zones near the stadium.
| Mode | What runs after events |
|---|---|
| Rail | LYNX Blue Line from Brooklyn Village Station, just over a football field from the stadium, or from Carson Station one stop south. Northbound trains go through Uptown (3rd Street, CTC/Arena, 7th Street) toward UNC Charlotte; southbound trains go through South End toward I-485/South Blvd. Late at night trains run about every 30 minutes. Last departures from Brooklyn Village: weeknights 1:27 am northbound and 1:30 am southbound; Saturday and Sunday 1:25 am both ways. [source] |
| Streetcar | CityLYNX Gold Line from the Mint St. stop, a 15 to 20 minute walk from the stadium. It runs every 30 minutes and ends at about 11:26 pm on weekdays and Saturdays and about 10:36 pm on Sundays, so it is usually not an option after a night event. [source] |
| Bus | Game Day Express, Panthers Sunday home games only: three outbound trips back to the park-and-rides on routes 61x, 64x and 177, starting about 30 minutes after the final whistle, from the corner of Brevard St and Brooklyn Village Ave. [source] |
| Rideshare | Two zones within half a mile: College St between Martin Luther King Jr Blvd and Brooklyn Village Ave, and Mint St just south of Carson Blvd, south of I-277. Follow your app's directions for the exact spot. [source] |

Getting there
Public transit
For every event you can take the LYNX Blue Line light rail to Brooklyn Village Station (formerly Stonewall), just over a football field from the stadium, or the CityLYNX Gold Line streetcar to Mint Street, a 15 to 20 minute walk. For Panthers Sunday home games, CATS also runs Game Day Express buses from suburban park-and-rides.
- Blue Line: park at any Blue Line park-and-ride, ride to Brooklyn Village Station and head down the ramp to the stadium. Carson Station, one stop south, is also close.
- Buy a round-trip ticket in the CATS-Pass app; park-and-ride parking is included with the fare. Security checks tickets.
- Gold Line streetcar: get off at the Mint St. stop and walk 15 to 20 minutes down Mint Street to the stadium. It runs every 30 minutes and stops earlier than the Blue Line.
- Game Day Express (Panthers Sunday home games only): routes 61x (Waverly, Arboretum, Strawberry Hill), 64x (Matthews-Independence Pointe) and 177 (Davidson, Cornelius, Northcross, Huntersville Gateway) make three inbound trips starting 2.5 hours before kickoff. They drop off at Brevard St & Brooklyn Village Ave, a few blocks from the stadium. Parking at those park-and-rides is included in the fare; buy in the CATS-Pass app.
- Expect single-tracking on parts of the Blue Line south of Uptown on set dates in November and December 2026 for construction. Check CATS rider's alerts.

Driving and parking
Stadium-run parking is limited. Most of the more than 30,000 spaces within a 10 to 15 minute walk belong to private operators in Uptown. The stadium sells advance parking through SpotHero.
- Lot 1: enter from Graham St, or from southbound Mint St and continue on Mint St to the entrance. Lot 2: enter from Church St, or from southbound Mint St by turning left onto Martin Luther King Jr Blvd. Other southbound Mint St traffic must turn left onto 3rd St.
- Roads around the stadium close before and after Panthers games and most large concerts. The stadium's parking page lists every closure and has egress maps by lot.
- Leaving: if you parked west of I-77, head west on Morehead St toward Freedom Dr. Eastbound Morehead St traffic cannot turn left onto the I-77 North ramp after events and is detoured onto Clarkson St.
- Tailgating: no charcoal grills in stadium-operated lots. Open-flame cooking devices must stay 25 feet from buildings and 10 feet from vehicles, must be attended, and are not allowed in parking decks.
- The stadium has no dedicated bike or scooter parking; there are bike racks at Romare Bearden Park along Church St.
