Getting back after the event
No public transit serves the stadium at night. After a Dolphins game: the free GEICO HRS Express back to Lots 70 and 95 (until 75 minutes after the game), the Brightline shuttle to Aventura for passengers booked on a designated train, the Uber Shuttle to Brickell or Miami Beach, rideshare from Lot 44, or a taxi on NW 199th St. After concerts and other events: the HRS Express to Lot 70 runs until 1 hour after the event, and Brightline shuttles run only when Hard Rock Stadium Connect trains are scheduled.
| Mode | What runs after events |
|---|---|
| Shuttle | GEICO HRS Express: free shuttle from the northwest corner of the stadium, with separate lines for Lot 70 and Lot 95. Dolphins games: runs until 75 minutes after the game. Other events: Lot 70 only, until 1 hour after the event. Rideshare is easier to get from those lots than from the stadium. [source] |
| Shuttle | Brightline: a free shuttle returns from the south side of the stadium (NW 199th St, near the Gate 3 pedestrian bridge) to Aventura Station for passengers booked on a Hard Rock Stadium Connect train. Leave the stadium at least one hour before your train departs. Last-train times are published only when booking with Brightline. [source] |
| Shuttle | Uber Shuttle (leaving only): fixed-fare shared bus booked in the Uber app, picking up near the Lot 18 pedestrian bridge off NW 199th St. Routes go to Brickell (SW 8th St and S Miami Ave) and Miami Beach (4441 Collins Ave). One seat per passenger. [source] |
| Rideshare | Pick-up in Lot 44 (Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex, 3000 NW 199th St), an estimated 25–30 minute walk from the stadium. Expect surge pricing and long waits after the event. [source] |
| Taxi | Taxis wait by Gate 4 on NW 199th St after the game, first come, first served; they take credit cards. [source] |

Getting there
Public transit
No rail line or regular transit route serving the stadium is published by the stadium. The transit option is Brightline to Aventura Station, then a free shuttle to the stadium for passengers on designated trains. On Dolphins game days the free GEICO HRS Express shuttle also runs from two park-and-ride lots.
- Brightline to Aventura Station from Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach or Orlando. Book a train marked with the Hard Rock Stadium Connect icon.
- A free shuttle leaves Aventura Station 10 minutes after each designated train arrives. The 2025 Dolphins transportation notice said a pre-purchased Brightline ticket is required to board.
- Dolphins games: Brightline's End Zone Express returned for the 2026 season from August 22, 2026, according to news coverage; Brightline's own pages could not be opened to confirm the details.
- The Brightline shuttle stops on the south side of the stadium, on NW 199th St near the Gate 3 pedestrian bridge. No Brightline shuttle runs during the Miami Open.
- GEICO HRS Express: free shuttle from Lot 70 (across from the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel, 5700 S SR-7, Fort Lauderdale) and, for Dolphins games, Lot 95 (Golden Glades Parking Garage, 16000 NW 7th Ave, Miami). Dolphins games: lots open and shuttles start 3 hours before kickoff. Other events: Lot 70 only; shuttles start 30 minutes before stadium gates open. You do not need to park there to ride.
- Miami-Dade Metrobus service to the stadium on event days is not confirmed on an official page; check the Miami-Dade Transit trip planner.

Driving and parking
Prepaid parking is required; day-of parking is not guaranteed. On Dolphins game days no parking is sold on site; Lots 70 and 95 (GEICO HRS Express park-and-ride) are the only passes sold on game day, subject to availability.
- Buy a parking pass in advance through the stadium's parking page; choose Dolphins Games or General Events.
- Dolphins game lots open 4 hours before kickoff. Stadium lots close 1.5 hours after the event ends.
- Park & Ride: Lot 70 is across from the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel; Lot 95 is the Golden Glades Parking Garage (Dolphins games only). One pass per vehicle, whatever the number of riders. The GEICO HRS Express uses dedicated express lanes to the Florida Turnpike and drops off at the northwest corner of the stadium.
- Tailgating: one space per vehicle, directly behind your vehicle in the marked 8 ft x 10 ft space. Gas and charcoal grills are allowed; open fires, kegs, box trucks and anything towed are not.

Rideshare (Uber, Lyft)
Rideshare drop-off and pick-up is in Lot 44 at the Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex, 3000 NW 199th St, an off-site lot. The stadium estimates a 25–30 minute walk from the stadium gates.
- The stadium warns of surge pricing and extended wait times after games and events.
- The stadium recommends the GEICO HRS Express instead: take the free shuttle to Lot 70 (heading north) or Lot 95 (heading south) and request the ride from there.
- Taxis wait by Gate 4 on NW 199th St after the game, first come, first served.

- The ticket terms also allow a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag, and a small clutch or purse about the size of a hand, with or without a strap, in addition to one clear bag.
- Diaper bags are allowed, subject to search. Factory-sealed plastic water bottles of 20 oz or less are allowed.
- Paid bag check (credit card only) near Gates 3, 5, 8 and 14; it closes 60 minutes after the gates close.
- Security searches bags by X-ray or by hand.
