Getting back after the event
After a Browns game, take the Waterfront Line from West 3rd Street Station, across the street, to Tower City. It runs after the game until the station is cleared, and the Browns say rail service home is guaranteed for at least 90 minutes after games. At Tower City change to the Red, Blue or Green Line. The Waterfront Line runs only on dates RTA lists; for the October 1, 2026 Thursday night game it ran until 12:45 am. For a concert or night event without it, walk about 15 minutes via West 3rd Street to Tower City. Every day, the last Red Line train to the airport leaves Tower City at 12:42 am, the last eastbound Red Line at 1:50 am, and the last Blue/Green Line train at 12:15 am.

Getting there
Public transit
For Browns home games and select major events, take any RTA rail line to Tower City and transfer to the Waterfront Line to West 3rd Street (W. 3 Stadium) Station, across the street from the stadium. When the Waterfront Line is not running, Tower City is about a 15-minute walk via West 3rd Street.
- Ride the Red, Blue or Green Line to Tower City, transfer to the Waterfront Line and get off at West 3rd Street Station. Walk across the street to the stadium.
- Since December 7, 2025, RTA runs the Waterfront Line only for regular-season Browns home games and select major events at the stadium, because of construction at Tower City (East Portals project), until further notice. The stadium's page still says most Blue and Green Line trains continue to the waterfront; RTA's station page lists only the Waterfront Line at W. 3 (Stadium) Station.
- Remaining 2026 dates on RTA's notice: Browns games on November 15, November 29, December 6 and December 13, and January 3, 2027, with service from 9:30 am to 6:15 pm. For a concert or other event, check RTA's rider alerts.
- Pay with the Transit app (EZfare) or buy an All-Day Pass at a ticket machine in the station. For the trip back, RTA asks you to have your fare ready to tap or scan on the W. 3 platform.
- Parking is free at GCRTA rail stations, so you can park at an outlying station and ride in.

Driving and parking
Lots next to the stadium are for event or game passholders only; without a pass you are sent to off-site parking. The stadium recommends booking ahead through JustPark; many downtown public lots are cash-only and first-come.
- Passholder lots: Purple Lot, Tan Lot and VIP Valet in the North Coast Harbor lot area, plus the West 3rd Orange Lot and the Great Lakes Science Center Garage Red Lot. Add your pass to your phone's wallet in the Browns app at least 24 hours before the game.
- For downtown public parking use I-90 exits Ontario (171), East 9th (172A), Prospect (173A) or Superior (173C).
- Rolling road closures can start 3 hours before kickoff; the West 3rd and East 9th exits off Route 2 (Shoreway) close. After the event, access to the stadium area stays restricted for at least 1 hour.
- A limited number of ADA spaces are in the Tan Lot, first-come, first-served, cash only. Show your reserved pass or placard at the North Coast Harbor lot.

Rideshare (Uber, Lyft)
Arrange your own ride. The stadium names Lakeside Avenue between West 3rd and East 9th streets as the most convenient drop-off and pick-up spot.
- After the event, access to the stadium area is restricted for at least 1 hour; plan your pickup time with that in mind.
- ADA pick-up and drop-off is outside the University Hospitals Gate (Science Center roundabout, southeast corner). After the event it is not available until the roads reopen, about 60 minutes after the end.
- On event days, pedestrians from downtown can reach the stadium only via West 3rd or East 9th streets.
